Avi the owner contacted us personally and offered a full refund of the $150 fee we paid. Avi apologized for the misunderstanding and advises that it was an error on their part to have charged us for what turned out to be an estimate, not a full inspection. Avi advises that Switch’s estimates are always at no charge. My original rating was a 1, and while I still cannot attest to their actual work I am updating my rating to a 3 based on Avi’s integrity alone.
